Returns & Refunds

If you're unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please let us know. We value your custom and want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the date you received your item(s).  To receive a refund, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt; items must be returned unopened and in their original condition as when they left us. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We’ll refund your order once we’ve received and processed the safely returned item within 30 calendar days.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a duty to take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the Products, we reserve the right to refund you less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the Products or to cover any loss. For paint products that have been opened or damaged, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

If, on arrival of your order, the item(s) are damaged, please use the customer services form below or alternatively contact us on 0121 308 7828 or to arrange a replacement.

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund immediately as long as your order has not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched but not reached its destination, you will receive your refund once your order has been returned to us.

Non-Personalised Items
I include lots of photos and an accurate, detailed description of each item, so I certainly hope you won't find yourself disappointed with your purchase. That said, I don't want any unhappy customers so if you let me know within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return, I'll be pleased to help. I appreciate your understanding that I can only refund the price of the item(s) returned, not the original delivery cost.

Personalised Items
These items may not be returned unless they are faulty or the personalisation differs to your original order. Please notify within 48 hours of receipt if there is a problem. Replaced items will be replaced on a like for like basis, according to your original order (i.e. with no changes to the original order such as spelling or other amendments).
